OS Trails Kick-off Meeting 

Athens, Greece, 5-6 February 2024

The meeting on 5th-6th February 2024 aims to establish a plan for the first 12 months and prepare for early deliverables of the project. On the first day, the partners present themselves, followed by a detailed project presentation and discussions on management and exploitation. Presentations on interoperability, alignment implementation, and assessment tools and services will also take place.
On the second day, discussions on liaising within the EOSC ecosystem and Q&A session will follow. The afternoon includes a presentation of pilots and preparation for deliverables. The meeting concludes with a discussion of the three pillars: Plan-Track-Assess, outlining the next steps.
